reblogging myself to say, do keep an eye on BBC News channel on Sunday, starting from approx. 5pm(UK time). Benedict’s very likely to be interviewed LIVE on the red carpet and there’s usually no repeat or rewind of that part later anywhere. BBC ONE may broadcast the red carpet highlights later but it can be edited version. I’m sure Lorna and Sil will record and share anything bafta on Sunday night. So go follow them if you havent. ETA: Sky News and ITV will probably have short live coverage too but Sky News usually makes the same clip available on their site later(not sure about ITV).

I probably cant watch bafta then, but my friend will use my tumblr account to live post photos as they come in. If you drop me any asks during that time, I will answer them later when I’m online.

Re whether Benedict will win, I certainly hope so! but I’m not getting my hopes up. Have you watched Appropriate Adult? Dominic West is reeeally good. IMHO, Benedict had a bigger chance last year but ended up with nothing!(f**k you bafta). JUST GIVE IT TO HIM THIS YEAR PLEASE.

Mainly posting because of the photo(look at him!) but Hawking is now available on Amazin Instant Video and iTunes for $1.99. Thanks to tagimit on twitter for the headsup. I hope it’s a decent HD video of higher bitrate. They really need to re-release the film on Bluray so I can cap it frame by frame.

Go watch it if you haven’t. It’s such a remarkable role and somewhat a turning point in Benedict’s career.
